Looking for suggestions for supplements-Which ones should I be taking? Best place and or brands to purchase?

Does anyone have any healthy recipe recommendations featuring whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, veggies, fruits? I need to stay away from sugar, and go light on meat and dairy products, but I can have plant-based milks, yogurts, cheese, etc. My dislikes are mushrooms, shellfish, and most fish, unless it is a mild whitefish.
